Many who Dial Earth do not know but we won't open the irs unless you have a radio this goes to ALL races must have a radio and ID before we open the irs. State your rank Name and race.
Ex
Radio : [0] Garen: Genral Garen of the Tuari

thats an example thats effective immediatly
